 Tucky's is a multi-award winning full service, mobile food trailer. We believe on placing a strong emphasis on giving back to the community and being as environmentally sound in our packaging as possible. By supporting local farmers for all our organic products (sustainable when possible), like all natural meats and cheeses, fresh seasonal vegetables, and handcrafting everything in small batches to ensure absolute freshness. But we don't stop there. We use locally made compostable products for all of our disposable packaginig needs. We feel this creates a stronger sense of community where we go and besides, it's just the right thing to do.

After graduating from Seattle Central Community College with a degree in Culinary Arts, Brian worked under chefs Tom Douglas and Jerry Traunfeld honing his craft. Years later working as an executive chef in some of the NW's most notable restaurants, he has turned his vision into reality. With over 30 years experience in the culinary industry, he redefines southern Americana foods bringing a farm-to-hand menu that supports the community and the environment. He has acheived multiple awards for his style and innovational food. With over 15 years as a nurse and currently in her 14th year as a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner, Ginger divides her time
between practicing medicine and  Tucky's Southern Kitchen & Pantry. She brings a friendly and inviting aspect to Tucky's with her FOH customer relations. She is responsible for informing guests of all the specifics of our menu items, dietary restrictions, setting up the aesthethics of a warm and friendly environment while creating a great guest
experience. Ginger's determination to make sure every guest
experience is unprecedented and guaranteed to make sure
